I’ve heard that you …
I’ve heard that you can also brush in little circles (following the same pattern you are). I’ve been doing this for a couple days before I shower. It’s a great wakeup to get that blood flowing and even better when followed by a shower. I’ve also followed your directions for the firming massage for after my shower. I just have to say it’s great and thank you for sharing this with us!

I would not suggest …
I would not suggest using a ‘rough’ brush on your skin. I suggest soft bristled brushes made out of natural boars hair. Just feel the brushes at WM and buy the soft one. You don’t want to tear up your skin! fyi - You should also only use soft bristled tooth brushes too!

You can get tampico …
You can get tampico skin brush, made by Yerba Primo on Amazon or on Ebay. Tampico brush is quite rough, it’s realy more like a scratching than a brushing. Tampico brushes are used to brush horses, so you get the idea. I like it though.

I’m not sure about …
I’m not sure about your brush. Are the bristles soft? As long as the bristles are soft and it doesn’t hurt your skin to use it, your brush should be fine. If not, you can pick up a natural bristle brush at WM or other superstores for around $5.

Thanks for the helpful video and the clear demonstration!
i’ve heard that a brush with natural bristles should be used. i’ve got a long-handled cactus-bristled brush from Body shop. Is that too harsh for my skin?

I’ve had great …
I’ve had great results over the years. It really helps renew and replenish the skin by sloughing off the old. (flakes) For best results, always moisturize your skin after you’ve rinsed off in the shower. Also when you improve lymph flow, your skin looks better naturally anyway.

You’re welcome! I’ve never heard that but it wouldn’t surprise me. Its worth a shot right? It unclogs lymph and improves overall circulation so it might!

You are so very welcome! I’ve got a page about oil pulling on my site. I did it for about 10 weeks. It really brightened and whitened my teeth better than anything else I’ve tried. (although I really like B1 by GOSMILE.) The enzymes oil pulling creates in your mouth helps remove any tartar off your teeth. I love water though, and probably drink about 10 glasses a day. lol Take care sweetie!

Thanks for taking the time to produce this video and all your others. Also check out “oil pulling!” It could replace drinking so much water each day! I know I could never reach the 8-glass minimum!!!

Hi! You can wash the brush occasionally if you want too with some warm soapy water. Just allow it to air dry thoroughly before you use it again. Great question by the way!

This works so great …
This works so great for dry skin. (just don’t start off brushing too hard.) Start lightly and work up to firmer brushing. You should begin to see results quickly! Of course, it also helps lymphatic flow, and this helps clean impurities out of your body. Thats a win/win proposal!
